Sustainability – As the City and its neighborhoods age, new development
and construction ebbs and infrastructure becomes obsolete Loveland must be
positioned to keep residents and attract new residents by providing the many
services the citizens and businesses deserve and have come to expect.
Investment in Neighborhoods – Protect value and desirability of existing
housing by maintaining and improving sidewalks, streets, signage and landscaping.
Protect public assets – The City has millions of dollars of assets – building,
facilities, grounds, equipment, parks, rights-of-way – as a Council member I
will be a responsible steward of these assets and encourage innovative and
cost/effective ways to examine better ways to keep value high and costs low. |
